Deep dive with our director
Refine concepts and map the best creative approach.
If you’re still interested after the initial consultation, we’ll set up a conversation with our Director of Medical Animation. We'll review your project goals and begin collecting details.
Step 3
Proposal & agreement
Clear timelines, transparent pricing, and a simple agreement.
We compile everything from the deep dive into a custom proposal for approval. The proposal includes the scope of work, timelines, detailed cost estimate, and description of deliverables (i.e. scripts, animation, music, etc.). Once approved, production begins.
Step 4
Production & delivery
We produce and deliver animations that engage.
Your animation follows a clear four-stage production process, each with one round of revisions and allowances for minor adjustments to keep your project on schedule and on budget.
