When you download a ViewMedica Stock Medical image, you are not purchasing the image. Instead, you are licensing the image with limited rights. Our Standard License allows you to use the image in print, video and digital products as long as the image isn't used in a product for resale or is reproduced more than 250,000 times. Other restriction apply, so read the Standard License carefully. The Standard License can be extended to cover these uses by purchasing an Extended License:
- If you want to use the image for an item for resale, license or distribution for profit (posters, mugs, t-shirts for example), you need to purchase an Extended License.
- If you want to reproduce or allow to be reproduced an image more than 250,000 times, you need to purchase an Extended License.
- If you want to Use the image for broadcast video, film, video products or public performances to and audience of more than 250,000 people, you need to purchase an Extended License.
Extended Licenses are affordable, and can be purchased by contacting ViewMedica. Extended Licenses are provided on an individual Content item basis.
