Update payment information

Keep your payment information updated keep your ViewMedica services active.

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click the "Payment Method/Billing" link under the "Account Settings" section. The payment method page lets you review your billable services, and update your billing schedule and information.

  2. Choose your preferred payment method and schedule from the "Select Payment Option" dropdown.

    • Credit Card (monthly, quarterly and annual plans)
      Accounts updated with payment by credit card are updated immediately, so you won’t have any interruptions with your service. Review and update the primary administrator information, if necessary. Update the billing contact and card details into the secure form.

    • Invoice/Check (annual plans only)
      Accounts updated with payment by check are emailed an invoice to the address you put in the "Billing Contact" section. Your account will be updated as soon as payment arrives at our office.

  3. Click the link below the "Update Payment Info" button to review the Terms of Service Agreement, if needed. You can also find the Terms of Service on our website.

  4. Click the "Update Payment Info" button. Your account’s payment information is now updated.


Note

You can create an account user for a billing department or manager to easily access and manage your account's billing information.
