Update payment information

This tutorial will cover how to update your payment information to keep your ViewMedica services active.

Start by signing into your account on ViewMedica.com. If you don’t remember how to sign in, see our logging in tutorial.

From your dashboard, click the “Payment Method/Billing” link under your “Account Settings” section. The payment method page lets you review your billable services, as well as update your billing schedule and information.

Choose your preferred payment method and schedule from the “Select Payment Option” dropdown.

  • Credit Card
    If you want to pay by credit card, we offer monthly, quarterly and annual plans. Accounts updated with payment by credit card are updated immediately, so you won’t have any interruptions with your service. Review and update the primary administrator information, if necessary. Update the billing contact and card details into the secure form.

  • Invoice/Check
    If you want to be invoiced and pay by check, we offer an annual plan. Accounts updated with payment by check are emailed an invoice to the address you put in the “Billing Contact” section. Your account will be updated as soon as payment arrives at our office.

Finally, click the “Update Payment Info” button. Your account’s payment information is now updated.
