Troubleshooting the On-Demand player installation
If you get an error message on the loading screen with the ViewMedica logo, the error message box should give instructions on how to fix the problem.
Most commonly, you’ve embed the player on a website domain we don’t know about. When you signed up, you registered On-Demand for use on a specific domain and this is the only place the player will work. If you need it to run on a different domain, such as a staging site, simply log into your ViewMedica account. Change the domain address in your On-Demand settings, then hit “Save Settings.” Once you have updated the domain, clear your cache and check the embedded player again and it should run.
